Delivery & Returns

 

We use Parcel Force 48hr delivery because of their excellent UK-wide coverage and safe treatment of your precious delivery.  This means that once packed and ready to go you won't be waiting long for your Padoo to arrive.

We process orders as quickly as we can whilst ensuring quality and toy safety checks are all complete.

If you are overseas, we can arrange to deliver to you - but the cost may be high and duty charges may apply. 

  

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We hope you’re delighted with everything you buy from us, but we do understand that you may need to return things sometimes.

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. 

Full refunds will be made for items that are returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.  Items will be inspected before refunds are issued so please make sure that returned items are not marked or damaged in any way.  Refunds will be made onto the card used for the purchase.      

 

How do I return something?

Please contact us at info@littleimagineers.com within 30 days of receipt to request a refund, and we will make arrangements for your order to be returned to us.  You’ll be liable for the return delivery costs. 

 

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

We aim to refund your item within 5 working days of receipt at our warehouse.  Once the refund is processed you’ll be notified by email. 

 

What if the item is faulty?

If you have identified a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return the item under our normal returns procedure, informing us of the fault.  If you don’t inform us, we’ll ask for details.  For faulty products, we’ll pay the return delivery charges if applicable, and you can choose either a replacement product or a full refund.

If a fault develops after the 30 day return period, please contact us at info@littleimagineers.com  so we can discuss the fault with you and agree a resolution.  Your normal statutory rights apply.

 

Can I return an item I received as a gift?

If the product is still unused and in its original, undamaged packaging, and within the 30 day return period, it may be returned for a refund according to the normal returns policy.  Please note that the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
